Information Regarding the Potential Canada Post Labour Disruption
Canada Post has announced that negotiations with The Canada Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) have been paused. If an agreement is not reached by the deadline of May 22, 2025, there is the potential for a labour disruption. If this happens, tenants will likely experience delays due to the labour disruption and mail will not be processed or delivered.

Annual Renewal Documentation
Tenants can either email their documents to residentservices@ptbohousingcorp.ca or drop off their documents at the main office at 526 McDonnel Street during regular business hours (8:30 am – 12 pm or 1 pm – 4:30 pm) Please note that we are closed between 12 pm – 1 pm each day however, there is a drop box available.
