Landlord Tenant Board (LTB) Forms

Please visit the LTB website for a complete list of forms that you may require as a tenant, including Notice to End Tenancy. The LTB also provides further information on forms and filings that may be issued by Peterborough Housing Corporation as your landlord.

The role of the LTB is to:

• resolve disputes between landlords and tenants through mediation or adjudication
• provide information to landlords and tenants about their rights and responsibilities under the Residential Tenancies Act

Peterborough Review Committee

The Peterborough Review Committee (PRC) is a system for reviewing decisions made
in Social Housing where the tenant or housing applicant is not in agreement with a
decision that was made.
